Parish Morris
Founder and President, Document Security Solutions (DSS)
Parish Morris is the Founder and President of Document Security Solutions (DSS), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSBC) and 8(a) certified small business. Parish retired after twenty years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps.
Leveraging his military leadership skills, training, and experience, Parish successfully transitioned to the civilian sector as a veteran entrepreneur. He launched DSS in 2006, initially specializing in confidential data destruction. Under his guidance, DSS expands services with cutting-edge document solutions for government agencies. New offerings include advanced scanning and indexing, comprehensive records information management, and specialized medical and healthcare records solutions for federal, state, and local agencies.
Parish is a strong advocate for veteran entrepreneurship and actively inspires fellow veterans to pursuing their business aspirations.
Donna Marie Morris
Chief Operating Officer
Donna Marie Morris is a results-oriented Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in project and contract management. She oversees all operational aspects of Document Security Solutions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risk. DonnaMarie is committed to providing secure and reliable document shredding services that meet each client’s unique needs and regulatory requirements. She is passionate about safeguarding sensitive information and exceeding client expectations.

Fundraiser Shred Days
Sponsor a SHRED DAY in your community or at your local community organization. If you are a licensed non-profit organization, we’ll schedule a SHRED DAY at your location for your donors and supporters to shred their confidential and sensitive material. 100% of the funds collected will be given to your organization. Instead of paying for our services, they make a donation to your non-profit organization. Both you and your supporters benefit from the shredding service provided at your SHRED DAY.
Shred Days
Are you a business or organization that wants to offer additional services to your customers, clients, and employees? Have a SHRED DAY! You know the importance of shredding your confidential and sensitive information, so why not pass this information on to your employees and colleagues. Shred Days are ideal for banks, law and accounting firms. DSS will schedule a SHRED DAY at your place of business for your customers, clients, and employees. We’ll shred their confidential information for a discounted rate and educate them on identity theft and the proper disposal of their confidential information.
